Sevilla Shocks Barcelona with a 4-1 LaLiga Win
Sevilla delivered a stunning and emphatic 4-1 victory over Barcelona at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium on Sunday, marking Barcelona's first league defeat of the season in LaLiga 2025-2026.  This win ended the Catalans' unbeaten streak and halted their chance to reclaim the top spot in the league standings, leaving Barcelona two points behind leaders Real Madrid. Sevilla opened the scoring in the 13th minute through a penalty converted by Alexis Sanchez, following a foul on Isaac Romero near Barcelona's penalty area.  Romero then doubled Sevilla's lead in the 37th minute. Barcelona managed to pull one goal back just before halftime when Marcus Rashford scored from a lobbed assist by Pedri, making it 2-1 at halftime.
