This extraordinary act of generosity from the Ghana Police Service, Ghana National Fire Service, Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana Prisons Service, National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), Commission on Small Arms and Light Weapons, Narcotics Control Commission, Ghana Refugee Board, National Peace Council, National Identification Authority, and the Gaming Commission is a testament to their patriotism and compassion.
As was poignantly stated during the presentation, “You have the mandate to protect us and make us safe, and you’ve extended that mandate to not only keeping us safe but keeping us well and alive.”

Non-communicable diseases, such as kidney failure, cancer, stroke, and diabetes, account for over 40% of mortality in Ghana.
The MahamaCares Fund plays a critical role in addressing this public health challenge by providing financial assistance to those battling chronic conditions, ensuring they have access to the care they desperately need.
This donation, following the earlier contribution by the Military High Command, will significantly enhance the Fund’s ability to support Ghanaians facing these life-threatening illnesses.
