Daddy Lumba's one-week observation held;Nana-Addo donates GHS 100k
On August 30, 2025, thousands gathered at Independence Square in Accra for the one-week observation of Ghanaian highlife legend Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at age 60. The event, initially planned for the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, was relocated due to a noise-making ban by the La Traditional Council.
